15.19 Insight Into Events

Insight is a system that allows us, the Garden as a whole, to easily convey information of an out-of -character nature about in-character events. We understand that in a role-playing game there can often be situations where you need certain information to play your character that can not easily be acquired in-character and insight is meant to address that by allowing us to have a sort of event guide for major events.

Things to keep in mind:

 - Insight is OUT OF CHARACTER. That means that your character should not be verbatim quoting from it and much of it will be knowledge your character will not directly have. Generally we will try to not reveal any information that is meant to be puzzled out so as to keep this simple.

- INSIGHT by itself allows you to see the current event's guide. Your Order can also have a section here but it will not show up unless your Divine chooses to add something. Order insight might be related to global events or it might just be something related to your Order. Deucalion might wish his Order to know that they're all currently burning from the inside out because he had an accident, for instance.

- INSIGHT QCC lets you submit a Question, Comment, or Concern about the event (or your Order. You do not need to specify in the syntax, we'll handle who receives the information). These are OOC in nature but should still be respectful to the team behind the scenes. Do not use this command to rant or rage or you will find your ability to use it quickly taken away.

 - When it comes to QCC, also keep in mind that anything you require an answer for will ideally be answered by adding to the INSIGHT text itself. If your question is of a personal nature, then, or would generally not be answered by the global command, you should instead try something like an issue or e-mail.

We hope that this system, overall, helps us communicate with you in a more fluid and easily -referenced manner for global events. We still expect you to find actual lore and figure out the  event itself in-character, and INSIGHT will only aim to give you context to aid your roleplay, not answers or information that could lead to metagaming.
